مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ

English Translation

"Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent."
